At Biker Jackets US, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within our stated time frame. Please review the following policy carefully.

A. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
 To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

B. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@bikerjackets.us or via Live Chat on our website.
  2. Provide your order number, full name, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible cases).
⚠️ Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

C. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bikerjackets.us with clear photos and your order number.
 We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
E. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 For size or style changes, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.

F. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

G. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.
